Surviving USA Economic Collapse in 2011
Imagine turning on your radio and hearing this:
…the situation across the nation is deteriorating rapidly. Large sections of the country are with no running water. There are shortages of food and fuel and most people have no electrical power. Many stores are closed and we have reports from several cities of armed gangs roaming the streets looking for water, food, fuel and anything else of value. There have been riots in many of the major cities across the world. The crisis seems to have caused a total breakdown of social order across the globe.
Come on, here in the USA? I’d guess 98% of the population wouldn’t even consider financial collapse or its implications a reality.
You see this everyday. People spending money on things they don’t need when they have little savings, no precious metals, no food beyond three days, no water purification technology, no alternative heating sources. They may have an iPod but they don’t have the basics to keep them alive for more than a few miserable weeks.
Maybe it won’t be this bad. Maybe it will be worse. Who knows? But the thing I do know is that I feel a lot better knowing I’m preparing myself today.
