The fact behind this one is that the more stressed you are the more you are likely to go and shop until you drop and spend all of your money. Trust me on this, if you go shopping whenever you are stressed you are going to be spending all of your months wages. This isn’t as effective as the bath simply because it costs a lot more money and you always end up buying things you don’t need.
A Short Break
One of the many other options is jut to get out there on holiday, that could do you some good. Sitting by the pool for a few days is actually enough time to sort you out for a few months so it is well worth giving a go. Although this sometimes is not affordable it has to be the best way to relax if you have a bit of money.
