Why Do Age Groups Dance Differently

If you do not think that the way you dance depends on what age you are then get yourself to a wedding and find out yourself, it is mad!.

Why on earth does this happen and what are the comparisons??

Children
The children seem to be the craziest when it comes to dancing as they will just run in there and bang their heads around for a few minutes before they run out of steam and have to stop. What was amusing at this wedding is watching my children have a bit of a dance as they only went in to the songs they recognised and then they ran out as soon as they realised I was watching them.

Couples
I have not seen one single couple dancing very well at all. A lot of the time you will see at least one of them stepping all over the place and hitting the partner, I am always doing this. They will tend to go in for the really romantic and cheesy ones and then stop and drop out.

20s
Late teens and 20s is where the most energy comes out of dancing with many of these people staying on the dance floor all night and only taking a break for a drink or a toilet stop. Although all of the people I saw dancing had the energy they need to learn to dance.

The Oldies
I have to admit, watching my elderly mother and father dance is a very moving thing, all of those dancing holidays have really paid off and they are so graceful on their feet. Saying that, they couldnt really manage much more than a couple of songs at a time.

So book one of those Torquay hotels and get dancing!
